Hola, hoy traemos una receta muy sana y muy rica. Una forma de comer las salchichas sin pasar
por la sartén, un guisito de salchichas y guisantes.
Es un plato muy sencillo y que gusta mucho
INGREDIENTES
- 3 Zanahorias
- Una cebolla
- 2 patatas
- Una lata de guisantes
- Un paquete de salchichas
- 2 huevos, a gusto
- cucharadas de aceite
- Pastilla de caldo
PREPARACIÓN
Antes de nada, le damos un poco de color a las salchichas cortadas en trozos, cuando estén doraditas,
reservamos.
Continuamos pochando los vegetales con un poquito de aceite, la cebollita y la zanahoria
Añadimos los guisantes para que se vayan mezclando los sabores
Cuando tenemos todo pochadito, añadimos las patatas cortadas para tortilla y damos unas vueltas para que cojan saborcillo
En un cazo ,calentar agua a la que añadimos la pastilla de caldo.
También podemos utilizar un caldo que te compras en el super, o el agua del caldo que hicimos
ayer... eso al gusto de cada uno. A nosotras nos gusta añadirle pimienta molida, pero cuando van a
comer peques no la añadimos por que no les gusta.
Rectificamos el punto de sal y añadimos las salchichas. En 20 minutitos están las patatas.
Finalmente, colocamos los huevos que se van a hacer con el calor del guiso.
