Hola! Hoy traemos una receta sabrosa y bastante sana.
Como siempre seguimos apostando por los ingredientes naturales que nos permiten darnos un
capricho sin añadir calorías vacías a nuestra dieta.
Unas magdalenas integrales perfectas para el desayuno o la merienda de los peques.
INGREDIENTES: ( con estas cantidades han salido 45 magdalenas tamaño medio)
- 500gr de harina integral
- 1 sobre de levadura
- 200gr de azúcar moreno
- 350ml de leche desnatada
- 4 huevos
- 2 cucharaditas de canela en polvo
- 50gr de aceite
IDEA: Para reducir el colesterol, podemos sustituir dos huevos por tres claras y ganamos en proteínas.
PREPARACIÓN:
Os damos las referencias de la Termomix, pero es una mezcla que se puede hacer perfectamente con batidora convencional
- Introducir en el vaso los huevos, la leche y el aceite 20 seg vel 4.
- Añadir el azúcar, la harina y la canela junto al sobre de levadura 20 seg vel 4
Precalentar el horno a 250 grados e introducir las bandejas, cocinar a 160 grados, 10-15 minutos.
Animaros porque están buenísimas y son una buena fuente de energía!
